Anstey fastest in Tuesday's Classic TT practice

Bruce Anstey set the fastest time as practice for the Classic TT and Manx Grand Prix took place last night.

After Monday's session was cancelled because of the weather conditions, the mist cleared to allow Tuesday's qualifying to go ahead.

The New Zealander posted the quickest lap of the night with an average speed over 121.932mph, while Ivan Lintin and Derek Shiels were also over the 121mph mark.

Anstey was also fast in the lightweights, having won last year's race, but Ian Lougher edged ahead in that class.
