Performing arts company wants Tromode studio
A company which offers singing, dancing and drama lessons is seeking planning permission to set up a performing arts studio in Tromode.
The Arts Hub wants to use a unit on the Tromode Industrial Estate on Carrs Lane for its sessions, which are aimed at children and adults.
The firm says each class has around 20 students, two teachers and an assistant, with the majority of the sessions being run on weekday evenings and weekend.
The first-floor unit is currently designated for retail use.
