Insulation dumped in south of the Island
Police are appealing for information after a large quantity of insulation was dumped in the south of the Island.
30 bags of used mineral wool insulation was fly-tipped at Mull Hill.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who saw a large van heading up Howe Road and Balnahowe Road towards the Mull Hill car park.
