MHK seeks ANPR camera update
The use of number plate recognition technology on the Island will be discussed in next week's sitting of the House of Keys.
Douglas North MHK David Ashford wants to know what plans the Home Affairs Minister has to expand the use of such technology in the Manx police force's patrol cars.
The Government announced Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras would be introduced on the Island in 2013, but they're still not used as standard in local police cars.
