More questions about sale of Ramsey Courthouse
Negotiations over the sale of Ramsey Courthouse will be discussed in next week's sitting of the House of Keys.
Ramsey Town Commissioners agreed to make a bid below the asking price for the facility, which has been listed on the open market by the Manx Government.
Ayre & Michael MHK Tim Baker will ask the Home Affairs Minister what negotiations are planned with the Commissioners, and how the Programme for Government will be considered when weighing up the offer.
The local authority wants to ensure the courthouse site is kept and public ownership and potentially run the building as a community facility.
