DEC thanks Island for Yemen donation
The Isle of Man is being thanked for its support of the Yemen Crisis Appeal.
The Chief Executive of the Disasters Emergency Committee contacted the Manx Government to show the organisation's appreciation for a £100,000 donation.
Saleh Saeed OBE says the funds are being used to provide food to infants and toddlers on the brink of starvation.
The DEC has been working in the country since a civil war began in 2015.
