Investigation into boiler fire underway
Fire crews tackled a boiler fire at a home in Douglas in the early hours of this morning.
Officers were called out shortly before 5am to a property on Victoria Road.
The fire had been put out using water by the time the team arrived at the scene and everyone in the building had been evacuated.
Crews remained at the scene for around an hour to make the boiler safe and ventilate the property.
An investigation into the exact cause of the fire is underway.
