Largest Channel Islands retailer buys Tynwald Mills
The largest retailer in the Channel Islands is to buy Tynwald Mills.
Sandpiper has announced it's reached an agreement to purchase the department store, entering the Manx market for the first time.
The Channel Island-based company says it's been looking to expand to the Isle of Man for some time, and that many brands it already works with are keen to get involved.
Sandpiper's franchises in the Channel Islands include Burger King, George clothing and Jack Wills.
The new owners also confirmed no jobs will be lost as a result of the purchase.
