Dictionary launched for Manx speakers
A group promoting the Island's culture has launched a new dictionary to help those learning the Manx language.
Culture Vannin has compiled a pocket dictionary entitled 'Manx Words' with help from Swansea University, who've previously put together a similar publication for Welsh speakers.
The dictionary includes everday vocabulary such as days of the week, months and common place names, as well as explanations about verbs and prepositions.
Manx Words is available in book stores across the Island.
