Pizza chain submits plans for Onchan store

A pizza delivery chain is seeking permission to open a second outlet on the Isle of Man.

Domino's have applied for planning permission to convert a unit in The Village Walk in Onchan from retail into a hot food takeaway and restaurant.

The application reveals that the store would be open from 11am to 11.30pm and include an in-store seating area.

The unit the restaurant would go in has been empty for several years, having previously been used as a kitchen showroom.

It's estimated that the opening of the store would create around 30 jobs.

Domino's already operate a takeaway outlet on Groves Road in Douglas.
