Flood-damaged bridge to re-open
The bridge that collapsed when the Island was hit by floods last year will re-open tomorrow.
Laxey Bridge was badly damaged when flash floods struck in December, resulting in a double decker bus falling into the river below.
Steelwork for the new structure was put in place before TT, while surfacing and the installation of services has been completed in recent weeks.
The road will re-open to traffic at 4pm tomorrow.
