Public to hear from election candidates

Residents in the south of the Island have the chance to quiz those bidding to win seats in the upcoming House of Keys General Election this evening.

A requisition meeting is being held at the Civic Centre in Castletown for voters in the newly-formed Arbory, Castletown and Malew constituency from 7pm.

There's also a meeting for Rushen residents at the Port St Mary Town Hall starting at 7.30pm.

Meanwhile, constituents in Garff can attend a meeting at Dhoon Church Hall at 7pm.

Each constituency will elect two MHKs when the Island goes to the polls later this month.
