Careers fair to showcase opportunities to more than 1000 students

More than 60 local employers are taking part in an event to exhibit career opportunities to over 1000 young people. 

 

Each year the Department of Economic Development puts on the 'Employment and Skills' event at the Villa Marina.

 

The private and public sectors attend to showcase job opportunities in a range of sectors including engineering and the health services.

 

Help is provided to job seekers, people wanting to change jobs and young people who need advice on what subjects and qualifications they need to pursue a career in a certain industry.
