Help on offer for employers of young people

Employers are being offered guidance on the laws about employing young people over the summer. 
 
The Department of Education and Children has produced a leaflet for anyone who's taking on staff under the age of 16. 
 
It says the purpose of the guide is to encourage people to employ young people and not to put them off - but says the restrictions and paper work can be complicated.
