Fourth candidate declares for Garff

Another candidate has added his name to the ballot paper for Garff ahead of September's General Election.

 

Martyn Perkins will contest the seat as an independent candidate.

 

The Laxey man says he feels, as director of an aerospace company, his business acumen will serve him well if elected.
