Driver taken to hospital after Mountain Road crash
A car driver was taken to Noble’s Hospital yesterday after crashing on the Mountain Road.
The three vehicle crash happened just after 4.30pm near Windy Corner – conditions at the time were poor with visibility down to a few yards in places.
Emergency services helped stabilise the vehicle and removed the casualty who was complaining of back and neck pain – their injuries were not thought to be serious.
