Chief executive of Health and Social Care says 'change is needed fast'.

Plans to deliver better health care services to people on the Isle of Man have been highlighted at the Cancer Service User Forum. 
 
The chief executive of the Department of Health and Social Care met with the public at Douglas Golf Club earlier this week. 
 
During the informal discussion he focused on problems within the Island's system - including the fact a quarter of the total expenditure is being spent on health services.
