Care home developer given no economic assistance

Developers behind a new care home in Douglas haven't been given any economic help from government.

That's according to the Economic Development Minister who was quizzed in Tynwald earlier this week.

The privately built home - which has 68 beds - is being sold to the Department of Health and Social Care for £8 million.
