No plans to mirror UK contracts for junior doctors

The Department of Health and Social Care has dismissed NHS England's new contracts for junior doctors.
 
Chief executive Malcom Couch believes by imposing them the organisation won't encourage quality in its service provision.
 
UK Secretary of State for Health Jeremy Hunt is calling for a seven-day working week - however it's claimed this will mean the medical staff will be working longer for less pay. 
 
Mr Couch says whilst we don't have a perfect service we won't be following the changes:
