Speaker reproaches HoK members over conduct

Heated discussions between an MHK and the Treasury Minister have prompted a warning from the Speaker of the House of Keys. 

 

It was suggested that members consider the consequences of their discourse in Question Time in the house today. 

 

Onchan member Peter Karran was rapped for arguing with Eddie Teare earlier this month - he ignored a number of attempts from the presiding officer to silence him.
