UK tax change affecting Manx motorists

Drivers who have imported cars to the Isle of Man are being warned they could be driving without road tax.

It's after the UK DVLA changed to a paperless system - this means tax no longer transfers between owners and becomes void when the car is exported.

There are numerous cars on the Island on UK plates which could now be committing an offence.
