Government workers to get pay rise

Public sector workers are getting a two per cent pay rise - at the expense of government's elite.

Unite the Union on the Isle of Man and Prospect have lobbied the Public Service Commission for a better deal.

10 per cent savings have been accumulated in part by axing public-sector employee benefits.
