MHK wants Ministers to stop avoiding questions

Ministers shouldn't avoid answering questions in the House of Keys. 

That's the view of Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas who was disgruntled after he pitched questions at Treasury for written answer that received scant replies. 
 
One was a request for the department to provide details on which public sector pension schemes are contracted out. 
 
Minister Eddie Teare advised him that it would take too much time and resource and involve the disclosure of taxpayer information - something which left Mr Thomas unimpressed:
