Douglas Council to continue DDP work following closure

The Douglas Development Partnership says it will continue some of its work with Douglas Borough Council following its closure.

It announced yesterday it will be closing after 15 years bringing together the business community with government, the council and the Chamber of Commerce.

The town centre management team will remain and will now be run from within the council's environment and regeneration department.
