Health service cuts prompt charity call to vulnerable

Health Service cuts have prompted the Samaritans to ask anyone feeling suicidal to call for help.

That was director Tracey Fuller - who says it's on hand to provide a confidential, 'round-the-clock' befriending service.

Budget reductions have encouraged charities to work together.

Anyone in need of support is asked to call 116 123.
