Olympic coach visits to inspire sporting community
Olympic coach Jack Maitland has visited the Island to give the annual Isle of Man Sport Lecture in a bid to inspire the Manx sporting community.
He spoke about 'the art of endurance' and shared his story of the development of athletes at the Leeds Triathlon Centre.
The triathlon coach offered his advice on how we can improve our sporting presence.
He also had some advice for young athletes:
