Chief sends Island's condolences following Paris attacks

Government has expressed the Island's 'deepest sympathy' to France following terrorist attacks in Paris.

129 people were killed and many more injured by IS militants at five venues across the city.

Chief Minister Allan Bell has written a letter of condolence to the French Embassy in London to convey the Island's 'shock and sadness'.

In it he says the thoughts of the Manx people are with everyone affected by such a 'tragic loss of life'.
