People told don't burn hazardous waste on bonfires

People are being warned not to burn harmful or hazardous waste as we approach Bonfire Night.

The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture is particularly targeting commercial or industrial premises that may have amassed such materials.

Things like rubber, metals, plastics, furniture, foam, oils, tyres and fuel all require controlled disposal.
