Minister doesn't rule out cannabis for medicinal use

The Health and Social Care Minister hasn't ruled out introducing cannabis for medicinal use.

Howard Quayle was asked for his stance in the House of Keys yesterday.

He said he would only make moves for its introduction if it came with the endorsement of medical research bodies.

Despite not ruling it out he was adamant that he didn't support its unauthorised use:
