Farmers welcome sky lantern ban

Belinda Leach from the Manx National Farmers' Union says members are in support of the Office of Fair Trading's plans for new regulations. 

 

The OFT says it's a good "interim measure" whilst the Department of Home Affairs considers introducing at an outright usage ban in future primary legislation.
