Crosby residents make last stand against development

Plans to build a new housing estate on the Ballaglonney Farm in Crosby have been slammed as "slapdash" by campaigners. 
 
The Crosby Residents Against Development group is making a last stand against the proposed build and has produced a community newsletter highlighting the main issues of contention. 
 
As well as problems with sewage, flooding and traffic concerns have been raised about the application itself which has been submitted three times due to mistakes. 
 
Campaigner Peter Quayle says it bears similarities to another application by one of the developers behind JM Project Management:
