Douglas East candidate lays out priorities

A Douglas teacher says she believes the Manx government needs to place more focus on health and education.

57-year-old Geraldine O'Neill has declared her intention to stand for the soon-to-be vacant seat in Douglas East.

She says she can represent the needs, concerns and aspirations of constituents and say these areas must take priority.

Geraldine, who is language co-ordinator at St Ninian's, told us she has the skills to help the vulnerable people in the constituency:
