Marshal radio failure won't happen again, says Home Affairs
Failures that led to a delay in the start of the Classic TT race programme have been addressed.
That's the message from Home Affairs' director of finance and corporate projects Simon Jackson.
On Monday, communications halted between the control tower and marshals around the course - leading to significant race delays.
The Terrestrial Trunked Radio emergency communications system remained operational for police, fire crews, health services and travelling marshals.
