Planning mistakes give Crosby residents more time

Residents in Crosby have been given more time to air their views on plans for a new housing estate in the village.

JM Project Management has applied to build 28 houses and a shop on land at Ballaglonney Farm - it's led to the creation of a Facebook group called "Crosby Residents Against Development".

Concerns have been raised about traffic, sewage, flooding and noise and light pollution.

Two sets of plans have already been submitted which were found be to be incorrect, a third set is now being drafted.
