Complaints against financial services drop

The number of complaints made about financial services on the Island over the last year has fallen.

That's according to the Office of Fair Trading which has released the annual report for the Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme.

Three complaints were raised about the Louis Group - however as it's been more than two years since the company went into liquidation people can now no longer rely on help from the scheme.
