Do workers have relevant skills to meet enterprise fund demands?

Government's spending plans for boosting the economy are not just about finding new revenue streams.

Economic Development Minister Laurence Skelly says their plans focus equally on new job creation. 
 
He's outlined how government's ambitious £50 million five year programme will endeavour to attract diverse new industries to the Island.
