More foster carers needed to help children in need

The Island needs to add around 10 more foster carers to the pool of people who can help look after children in need.

Fostering First is holding another informal drop in session on Friday for anyone who wants to find out more about becoming a temporary carer.

Foster carers can come from a wide range of backgrounds and do not need to have their own children or own home.
