IoM won't introduce ability tests for kids

The Island is not about to follow the UK and introduce ability tests for small children.

From 2016, schools across the UK will test four and five-year-olds to map out their competency levels as they embark on primary education.

Onchan MHK Zac Hall asked the question in Tynwald this week.
