Summerland site back on market
The Summerland site is still for sale after a deal to buy it was scrapped because the bidder went into administration.
Heads of term were agreed with the company in question but these failed to turn into a formal contractual agreement.
The government owned site is now back on the market - with any future agreement dependent on the developer having the money to develop the area fully.
Chief Minister Allan Bell says it means the process to transform the derelict site continues:
