Chief slams Strategic Plan but says he can't fix it

The Chief Minister has explained why he hasn't been able to affect change over the much criticised Island-wide Strategic Plan.

 

Allan Bell condemned the plan in this week's House of Keys sitting saying all it's achieved is a loss of business and left the public frustrated.
