Motorists urged to be aware of young cyclists

Motorists are being urged to be careful of young cyclists who are doing their cycle proficiency training this week.

Courses are run at every primary school between March and October - with 19 set to take place between now and July.

Drivers are warned that anyone speeding past the youngsters will have their registration numbers passed onto the police.
