Addiction charity in support of alcohol licensing change

An Island-based addiction charity is in support of change to alcohol licensing.

Director of Motiv8 Thea Ozenturk says the organisation largely agrees with the Chief Constable's report to the Licensing Court this week.

The Chief Constable states in the report that around half of all people arrested on the Isle of Man are intoxicated at the time of arrest - and lists a number of ways to combat it.
