Derbyhaven Residents' Society approve of hotel plans

Derbyhaven Residents' Society approve of £20 million plans to redevelop the former Castletown Golf Links Hotel - with conditions.

It says plans to transform the derelict site have been long-awaited, but they are concerned over plans to build accompanying apartments.

Last year a clause banning development on Langness 'unless it was in relation to the golf course and hotel' was abolished.
