Landlords welcome new focus on public sector housing
Social housing will be considered in the redraft of new legislation to protect landlords and their tenants.
On Tuesday MHKs kicked the Landlord and Tenant Bill back to the drawing board in the House of Keys by a vote of 16 to six.
Initially the proposed bill would have only covered the private sector - but amendments will now include public sector housing too.
