Landlord and Tenant Bill goes back to the drawing board

New regulations to protect landlords and tenants have been expelled from the House of Keys.

Yesterday MHKs voted in favour of redrafting the Landlord and Tenant Private Housing Bill.

It's after a Tynwald committee looking into it recently recommended that the 'flawed' proposals were given a re-think.

Once altered the Bill will be passed back to the Department of Health and Social Care for review.
