New sporting opportunities to stop social exclusion

Young people in Willaston are being given the chance to take part in free sport sessions to stop them being socially excluded.

A new community initiative called the Willaston Sports Hub is being set up at Centre 21 from January 6th.

It's aimed at improving access to physical activity for young people aged 11 and over.

Trevor Christian is heading it up - he says if this is successful it could be taken Island wide:
