Horse trams see 2014 increase in tourism numbers

Nearly 62,000 people used the horse trams during the 2014 season.

The figure represents a 3.6 per cent increase on last year.

It comes at a time where government is deliberating whether or not to spend £4 million to relocate the horse tram tracks.

During the Island's tourism heyday the sea front attraction was a major visitor draw.
