MHK wants more done to promote Business Start Up scheme
Onchan MHK Peter Karran wants more to be done to promote the Business Start Up scheme.
The scheme, spearheaded by Economic Development, endeavours to help people get their business ideas off the ground - on the basis the individual meets their set criteria.
Mr Karran feels that not enough is being done to make budding business people aware that it exists.
He says at a time of limited job opportunities the scheme makes perfect sense.
