MHK has reservations about 'single legal entity' status

A major report into whether government should become a single legal entity has caused concern with a backbench MHK.

The report, by Sir John Elvidge, suggests the Island could adopt Scotland's less convoluted system.

As a single entity certain barriers restricting how you could take legal action against government would be removed.
