Chief Minister dismisses Cabinet Office legality claims

The Chief Minister says the leader of the Liberal Vannin Party isn't wise to the basic functions of the Cabinet Office.

It's in response to Kate Beecroft's claims in Tynwald last week that the government office wasn't legal.

After reviewing Civil Service and Government Departments Acts - she said that unless it received royal assent over the summer the office shouldn't exist.
